Terms of service

1. General Information• All commissions are for personal use only, including light editing and altering.
• Commercial use is fine as long as credits are properly attributed to me, the artist, or leave the watermark/signature visible and readable on the artwork.

2. Payment• Payments are to be made via PayPal or Interac e-Transfer.
• All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).

3. Turnaround Time• The average turnaround time for a commission is around a week, depending on the complexity and my current workload.
• I will provide regular updates on the progress of the commission.
• The client may also ask for current updates at any time, although my response time may vary accordingly to real-life life events.

4. Revisions• Major revisions or changes are allowed during the sketch phase (such as different poses, angles, expressions, etc).
• Minor revisions may be allowed after the sketch phase, according to complexity (such as different colours, small details, etc).
• I will provide a maximum of 4 major revisions before settling unto the final phases.

5. Usage Rights• Unless specifically asked otherwise, I reserve the rights by default to use any artwork made by me for self-promotion. This means I can use the commissioned work for my portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes.
• The client is not allowed to use the commissioned artwork for AI training, NFTs, or any blockchain-related activities.
• The client may not resell the artwork, regardless of independant changes afterwards made by the client.
• Although not forced, it is preferred to give credits to me, the artist, when the artwork is shared on social media by tagging my account or mentioning my handle. It would be much appreciated!

6. Cancellations and Refunds• I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason, in which case a full refund will be issued.
• If the client cancels the commission before the work has started, a full refund will be issued.
• If the client cancels the commission after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.

7. Client Responsibilities• Provide clear and concise references and descriptions for the commission.
• Respond to communication in a timely manner to avoid delays in the commission process. I will also do my best to honour our contract by replying as quickly as possible.

8. Prohibited Uses• The client may not use the commissioned artwork for AI generation or training purposes.
• The client may not use the commissioned artwork for NFTs or any blockchain-related activities.
• The client may not use in part of in its entirety the artwork for promoting hate speech.
• The client may not resell or significantly alter the commissioned artwork, in particular for usage or bypassing of the mentionned above restrictions.

By commissioning me, you agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in being blacklisted from future commissions.

Commissions

There are two rendering options: Sketches & Full Renders.
Full Renders can be either in a Cel Shading style or a Soft Shading style.

All prices are in CAD ( Canadian Dollars ).

² Each artwork can come with a simple background such as static or gradient colours and patterns at no extra cost.
³ I am willing to do Not Safe For Work / Adult Content as long as you are 18+ of age.
